What it does today
- Counters / services with their own token series (A-001, B-001...)
- Issue a token at the desk or let customers take one from a public link or QR poster
- Call next, serve, skip and complete with timings
- Public "now serving" screen for a TV at the waiting area
- Average waiting and service time by counter
- Tokens reset automatically every day
